ABOUT MANIFESTATION MENTORING
WHAT IS MANIFESTATION?
According to Merriam-Webster, the word manifest essentially means “readily perceived by the senses”. The concept of manifestation as it pertains to a mentoring process, however, is better explained at the crossroads of quantum science and indigenous wisdom.
While Werner Heisenberg’s work in quantum mechanics led to the realization that all matter breaks down into energy, Neils Bohr’s complementarity principle explains that energy encompasses an infinite number of values (i.e. infinite potential) and does not collapse into a single actuality until observed. This implies an interconnection between energy and awareness.
“I regard matter as derived from consciousness.“
– MAX PLANCK
These implications find real traction, however, if we examine the teachings of cultures much older than our modern world. Many ancient indigenous traditions refer to the same energy discussed in quantum physics, calling it spirit. They view this spirit as both our origin and an inherent presence in the many physical forms visible to us in our experience of life.
Mayans, for example, view human beings as the “fruit” of an enormous, ever-growing “tree”, a metaphorical description of how the ever-evolving energies of the multiverse manifest as various forms in the world. Essentially, each person, animal, insect, plant, stone, etc., is a beautiful fruit growing from the tree of life, just as an apple grows from an apple tree. Manifestation, then, is the “fruiting” of spirit into form.
As manifestations of conscious awareness, humans are in a position to apply their intention to the direction of what they manifest. This is possible because of a fundamental law of our reality described by the Hermetic principle of correspondence, usually summarized by the phrase “as above, so below”. This points to a powerful interaction between the microcosm and the macrocosm. In practical terms, if you affect one, you affect the other. This principle is beautifully illustrated by mathematical fractals, intricate patterns which repeat themselves infinitely and identically, regardless of how many times they are magnified.
Intentional manifestation is a powerful tool for transformation and growth. This tool’s power, however, is diminished by forgetfulness and low-energy levels. A manifestation mentor becomes your ally and guide in the process of reaching your desired objectives by assisting you in restoring and maintaining your energy, and by consistently reminding you of what you’re capable of and what you’ve set out to accomplish.

COACHING VS. MENTORING
The differences between coaching and mentoring are important to understand, and can help you determine whether a mentor is the right fit for you.
Coaching tends to be a shorter relationship than mentoring, typically lasting around 6 months or less. Mentoring, on the other hand, can last for years. This is because mentoring is more focused on development, while coaching focuses more on performance. While there are exceptions to the length of a mentorship, a good mentor generally has a long-term interest in the growth of their mentees.
Another difference between coaching and mentoring is that coaching tends to be non-directive, focusing more on encouraging the individual to believe in themselves, creating the space for them to evolve into whatever new version of themselves they’re reaching for. Mentoring provides more direction and guidance, along with encouragement and holding space for growth.
Both forms of help are valuable, so which is the better fit for you? Put simply, working with a coach is probably a good fit for you if you want someone who will cheer you on and keep you accountable while you work toward your goals. If you prefer more guidance and direction to help you navigate your growth process in the long-term, however, a mentor is probably ideal for you.
“I’m not here to make you a better consumer. I’m here to put you back in touch with your soul. What it wants may have very little to do with external standards of success.“

A UNIQUE APPROACH
DR. ROBERTS’ APPROACH TO MANIFESTATION MENTORING
During her academic years and work as a life coach, Katherine eventually became disillusioned by the emphasis being placed on material success and the promotion of an idealized Western lifestyle in most coaching programs. Having a strong affinity for the natural world and feeling a deep resonance with indigenous world-views, Katherine came to realize that if she was going to guide people in the intentional use of their creative abilities in a way that maintained her self-respect, she would have to ignore popular trends and focus on allowing spirit to inform her work. This determination has shaped her approach to providing mentorship, and continues to do so.
Katherine’s style of mentoring uses a blend of spirituality, cross-cultural shamanism, Buddhist philosophy, epigenetics, neuroscience, thanatology, and Vedic teachings to guide clients toward an increased awareness of their true nature. Using a protocol designed by Dr. Roberts (T²) to systematically guide clients to empirical results, she teaches individuals how to use energy with intention, how to assess and refine the quality of their intent using their personal reality and level of wellbeing as indicators, and how to employ various methods of energetic restoration and maintenance.
The manifestation mentorship process is one of empowering, motivating, and guiding individuals toward the optimization of their spiritual wellbeing. When working through the T² Protocol, you will learn how to:
- Free your energy up from past experiences
- Stop ruminating on the past
- Repair your relationship with yourself
- Protect yourself from energetic exploitation
- Use the power of your intention to reshape your reality
- Use your personal environment as a tool for change
- Use the power of dreaming to aid your healing process
- Enhance your connection to the natural world
- And much more!
